Aquarium Sudoku (“the App”) is developed by NextAd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App does not require an account and does not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Usage analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand how the App is used so we can improve it. This includes anonymous, aggregated information such as:

Attribution and marketing measurement. When we promote the App through advertising, we use Adjust (a mobile measurement service) to understand which campaigns lead to installs and to measure their performance. This may include your device’s advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID on Android; on iOS, Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork together with a per-vendor identifier), a truncated IP address, and basic device and install or event information. This data is used for attribution and aggregate measurement, not to identify you personally.
Crash and diagnostics data. We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and stability reports — such as the type of crash, a stack trace, and the device state at the time — so we can diagnose and fix problems. These reports do not identify you personally.
On-device data. Your game progress — streaks, collected fish, and settings — is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us.
We use analytics information to operate and improve the App, understand which features are used, measure engagement and retention, and diagnose problems.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share personal information with third parties. Analytics and crash data are processed by Google acting as our service provider, and attribution data is processed by Adjust acting as our service provider.
When you install the App after interacting with one of our advertisements, Adjust shares limited attribution information — such as which advertising campaign led to the install — with the advertising network that served the ad, so that the campaign’s performance can be measured.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
You can reset your device’s advertising identifier or limit ad tracking at any time through your device’s privacy settings (for example, “Reset advertising ID” on Android, or the tracking controls on iOS), and you can limit analytics collection the same way. You can remove all locally stored game data by uninstalling the App.
Analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with Firebase Analytics’ data-retention settings. Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App.
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Analytics information may be processed on servers operated by Google in the United States and other countries.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
